Today is a wonderful day for me. I have been practicing nursing as an RN for 25 years now, and with the nursing shortage the way it is, we have been working short staffed for way to long and it has taken its tole on the old body, knees and joints.
I have worked for someone else since I was 16 and I am now 48 and will be working for me for a change.
I am tired of having to plan my life on how many hours I need to work to make the money I need to make just to pay the bills and have food to eat from week to week.
